X-ray Simulator
Drive a virtual C-arm around real CT anatomy. Every image is computed from the CT the way X-rays pass through the body, so views, tilt and magnification behave like the OR.
BetaImages are computed from a real CT for teaching. Education only, not for clinical use.

How it works
The X-ray Simulator traces X-rays from a point source through a CT volume and applies Beer-Lambert attenuation, then adds the look of an image intensifier: round field, vignetting, slight distortion, noise and automatic brightness. Pedicle and K-wire placement with breach scoring come next.
Works best on a desktop or laptop with a recent browser (WebGL2). Education only; no patient data.
