Who we are

Ortho Conditioning (“we”) operates https://orthoconditioning.com and the Ortho Conditioning iPhone app. The app is a native shell around the same website — not a separate product with a separate database.

What we collect

• Account — email, name, training track, specialty, optional profile fields you enter, and sign-in method (password, Google, or email link).
• Learning activity — question attempts, Anki/SRS state, saved builds, and related progress when you use Questions (synced to our servers when you are signed in).
• Community / directory — posts, comments, votes, and practice listings you choose to publish or claim.
• Device analytics — coarse page views (path, referrer, anonymous visitor id). We do not sell advertising profiles.

Web and iPhone app

Practice done while signed in syncs through our APIs so the website and the iPhone app can show the same progress. Local-only activity on a device (signed out) stays on that device until you sign in.

Cookies and storage

We use an HttpOnly session cookie for signed-in identity, plus on-device storage for theme, local progress vault, and similar preferences. Signing out clears the server session cookie.

Third parties

We use infrastructure providers such as hosting, email delivery (transactional / newsletter), Cloudflare (images/media), and optional Google sign-in. They process data only to provide those services.

Your choices

• Update or clear profile fields on Profile.
• Request account deletion from Profile (red request at the bottom).
• Unsubscribe from the newsletter via links in those emails.
