Who can buy

Only the signed-in owner of a claimed listing on Ortho Conditioning can buy an upgrade for it. Paying never claims, transfers or verifies ownership of a listing. Upgrades are sold on https://orthoconditioning.com in a web browser; the iPhone app does not sell them. Prices are in US dollars, shown before checkout, and paid through Stripe. We do not offer discount codes.

Sponsor seat — $99 · 14 days

• The Directory rail has 8 sponsor seats. A seat is held for 30 minutes while you are in checkout and stays held while we review your tile.
• We review every tile before it goes live, within 1 business day of payment. Your 14 days start when we approve it, not when you pay. A renewal bought during a run starts when the current run ends.
• Tiles show your headline (up to 40 characters), one line (up to 72), an optional logo and one https link. No outcome claims (for example “cure”, “guaranteed”, “#1”, “best in”), no prices, nothing misleading or unlawful.
• If we do not approve a tile, we refund the full amount. Once a run has started it cannot be refunded. We may end a run early, without a refund, if the tile or the linked page breaks these rules.
• Every sponsor tile is labelled “Sponsored”. Free listings that fill open seats are labelled “Free listing”.
• Reporting: we count impressions (the tile at least half on screen for one second) and clicks ourselves. Links carry UTM tags so you can see the visits in your own analytics. We do not guarantee any number of impressions, clicks or patients.

Verified listing — $49 once

• We check that the listing email uses the practice’s own web domain, that the practice or physician appears in the public NPI registry with an orthopedic-type specialty, and that the website loads over https.
• If every check passes, the Verified badge goes on right away. If any check fails, we review it by hand within 1 business day. If we cannot verify the practice, we refund the full amount.
• We re-check Verified listings once a year. A listing that no longer passes goes to manual review and can lose the badge; yearly re-checks are not refunded.
• Verified means we confirmed these facts about the listing. It is not an endorsement of care quality.

AI Boost — $29/mo

• A monthly subscription. Before checkout the listing must list conditions, procedures and at least one state served.
• AI Boost adds your listing to the preferred section of our public llms.txt and AI feed, adds richer structured data and a higher sitemap priority, and gives a soft boost in Directory search only after your listing already matches what someone searched.
• AI Boost does not make ChatGPT, Grok or any other assistant or search engine recommend you, and we do not promise any ranking or traffic.
• Cancel anytime from Manage billing; it stays on until the end of the paid month. If a payment fails, AI Boost stays on for 7 days while Stripe retries, then pauses until the payment goes through. Monthly fees already charged are not refunded.

Billing, receipts and contact

Receipts come from Stripe and are listed on your listing’s Billing tab. Manage billing opens Stripe’s customer portal to update a card, download invoices or cancel AI Boost. Questions or refund requests: Contact or [email protected].
