At Ortho Conditioning, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may ask for a refund and/or return any unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding any applicable shipping charges.

To receive your refund:

  1. Contact our customer service team at admin@orthoconditioning.com within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (if applicable to physical items, this is not applicable to digital items).
  2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible. Please include all original accessories and documentation.
  3. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your package, as you will be responsible for the item until we receive it.
  5. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that returned items must be in unused and resalable condition. Any items that show signs of use or damage may be subject to a restocking fee or potentially denied for return.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used personal care products, undergarments, or other intimate items.
